I haven't received my order confirmation email!
Don't stress about it! Just check all your folders including spam, junk, archive. They may have ended up there by accident! If you still don't see it then it might either be because there was something wrong with your order (you won't be charged) or you just entered in the wrong email when purchasing the product. All you have to do is contact us via the support page!
My order hasn't arrived! 
Due to high demands on our products, we try our best to package and ship your orders as quick as possible, however we ship worldwide so there are many factors that may lead to this. Our delivery times are usually 4- 7 days . And we are trying everyday to improve the delivery times. However if it has been more than 1 weeks and your order has still not arrived then please contact us via the support page!
How can I cancel my order?
Sorry but that feature is unavailable at the moment When an order is placed on our site it goes directly to our warehouses to be processed. We currently can't do cancellations because by the time we reach our supplier they've usually already put your order into production. However you can refund or return the product once you have received it. Just read our return policy for more info!
How can I track my order?
Easy! All you have to do is go to our tracking page and enter in your order ID along with your email. If you can't do that for any reason then don't stress about it! Our team is here to support you, just contact us via support page!
